David Aronsohn, Psy.D. is a licensed clinician with over two decades of experience across academic, clinical, and media settings. He serves as an adjunct professor at the local university, where he teaches doctoral-level clinical psychology.
Dr. Aronsohn’s extensive background includes psychiatric and substance abuse assessment at the Veterans Administration, neuropsychiatric research on brain injury, and clinical work with adolescents and at-risk youth. He also maintains a private consulting practice serving both corporate and entertainment clientele.
He has contributed to nationally distributed media projects such as Bully 911 and Live to Tell About It, and spent twenty years writing for Creative Child Magazine. Dr. Aronsohn holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) and is certified in crisis management and 5150 assessments in partnership with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.
